Each One, Reach One (EORO) Initiative

MACDA Each One Reach One (EORO) Membership Initiative and our $275 MACDA Scholarship Program, exclusively for our MACDA members 

The key goal of our EORO initiative is to increase member engagement and encourage Each One (individual) to Reach One (other individual), and together we can make a difference!

Review the following eligibility requirements and MACDA’s list of ‘EORO Member Engagement Activities’ and the scholarship information to see if you are interested and eligible to participate:

Eligibility:

• All current MACDA members who renew their MACDA Membership for this new fiscal year, ending June 30, 2026.
  
  
• All current or retired NCDA members in Massachusetts who now join MACDA.
  
  
• Other service providers and interested stakeholders dedicated to helping youth and adults make informed career-life choices, who now join MACDA.
  
  
• Finally, to fully qualify for the MACDA Scholarship program, review the following scholarship information and EORO Member Engagement Activities below, select the ONE that bests fits you, and follow the easy instructions to enter your one EORO submission to us.

EORO Member Engagement Activities:

• $50 scholarship to support ONE MACDA member with their $35 membership renewal fee who attended and presented at the 2025 NCDA Global Conference in Atlanta, GA. (this scholarship has been awarded.)
  
  
• $50 scholarship to support ONE MACDA member with their $35 membership renewal fee who attended the NCDA Virtual Conference that occurred July 14th - October 31st, 2025.
  
  
• $35 scholarships to support up to THREE MACDA members with their $35 membership renewal fee starting July 18th, 2025, who personally reach out and inspire a colleague, or more than one, to join either MACDA or NCDA between January 1st and March 20th, 2026 (one scholarship has been awarded.)
  
  
• $35 scholarships to support up to TWO MACDA members with their $35 membership renewal fees, who publish an article through one of the NCDA publications in 2025/2026.

*These SEVEN scholarships are specifically for:

• Eligible renewed MACDA members who encourage a colleague to join MACDA.
  
  
• Eligible renewed MACDA members who are either not a current NCDA member and then join NCDA or encourage a colleague to join NCDA.

*Submissions for all the above MACDA Scholarships and EORO Member Engagement Activities regarding new members joining NCDA will be verified by MACDA contacting NCDA. New MACDA members will be verified by MACDA.

** Eligible MACDA members who choose to participate must submit their information to Ed Colozzi (MACDA President) and clearly specify the scholarship amount ($50 or $35) and the corresponding specific EORO Member Engagement Activity, and include your full name, cell phone and home address where MACDA will send you a check if you successfully submit your name ASAP. Be the first to enter!
